Here is what you need to do

1. You can contact us by email or phone and let us know what your investments needs are?
2. After understanding your investment needs, we identify specific unlisted shares in which you should invest.
3. After we get a confirmation from your end if you are willing to invest in those pre-ipo stocks, we get back to you confirming the quantity of shares and stock price and seek your approval for executing the trade.
4. Once you approve the investment plan, we block the deal with seller.
5. Once seller of shares confirms the deal, you make the payment to us.
6. Once we receive your payment, we release the shares to your demat account.

Do you want to sell pre-ipo / unlisted shares/stocks?

Here is what you need to do

1. You can contact us by email or phone and let us know what your divestments/liquidity needs are.
2. After understanding your divestment needs, we identify investors for your unlisted stocks.
3. Once the investor confirms willingness to buy the shares, we get back to you confirming the quantity of shares, stock price and seek your approval to execute the trade.
4. Once you approve the divestment plan, we block the deal with investor.
5. Once the buyer of stocks confirms, you transfer the shares to us.
6. Once we receive your shares, we release the payment to your bank account.

What we do differently?

Transparent dealings: We work as a lock-box. We are a trustee to the buyer and the seller of unlisted stocks. We gather pre-ipo shares from seller and money from buyer. When both of them honour their commitments, we release their respective considerations. In case either party slips out of the contract, there is 100% security to the other party of getting their refund immediately, whether it is in shares or money. This is unique to us and hardly any other company offers such strong protection to both buyers and sellers.

Apart from securing both parties in the transaction, we provide research support services that help them maximize their wealth and look for right opportunity and not just trade stocks.

Research support: We provide you with actual data about the companies you wish to invest. This data is curated from annual reports, press releases, rating agency reports and company website. Apart from providing data on these unlisted companies, we also share our analysis and recommendation if you should buy or not. However, the final decision will be yours.
